Terms and Conditions

Effective and last updated: 2026-08-13

These Terms govern access to Devcall, including its public market data, account features, analytics, alerts, estimates, and paid plans. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Devcall for a company or team, you confirm that you may bind that organization. You are responsible for accurate account information, your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

2. Independent service

Devcall is an independent research service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox, Robux, Discord, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party links open external services governed by their own terms.

3. Data and estimates

Market statistics may come from public or licensed sources and can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Revenue, growth, recommendation, and game-value figures are automated research estimates—not appraisals, offers, financial advice, or guarantees. Do your own legal, financial, technical, ownership, revenue, retention, liability, and transfer-eligibility diligence before a transaction.

4. Game transactions

Devcall is not a broker, escrow service, marketplace, law firm, or party to any game purchase. Users are solely responsible for negotiating and documenting transactions, verifying counterparties and assets, complying with platform rules and law, and using qualified professional advisers. We do not guarantee that an experience, community, account, intellectual property, data, or Robux can legally or technically be transferred.

5. Analytics and privacy responsibilities

If you install Devcall analytics, you must provide all legally required notices and permissions, collect only necessary information, avoid sending secrets or sensitive personal information, and comply with applicable privacy, child-safety, and platform requirements. Player identifiers submitted to the standard endpoint are one-way hashed, but this does not remove your compliance obligations.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, probe or disrupt infrastructure, upload unlawful or infringing material, deceive users, resell data without permission, use data for harassment or fraud, or violate Roblox, Discord, or another provider’s rules. Automated use is allowed only through documented endpoints and reasonable rate limits.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. Prices and included features may change prospectively. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where law requires otherwise, charges for a billing period already started are non-refundable. Cancelling prevents future renewal but does not normally create a prorated refund.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Devcall and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it for the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

9. Availability and changes

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Third-party outages and API changes can affect results. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the service. Material Terms changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, profitability, or transaction outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devcall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or losses arising from third-party platforms or game transactions. Devcall’s aggregate liability concerning the service will not exceed the amount you paid Devcall during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Devcall from third-party claims arising from your content, analytics implementation, transaction activity, violation of these Terms, infringement, or unlawful use of the service.

13. Termination

You may stop using Devcall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal or security risk, non-payment, or harmful conduct. Provisions intended to survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and transaction responsibility—remain effective after termination.

14. General terms

These Terms are the entire agreement concerning Devcall and supersede earlier statements on that subject. If part is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Devcall may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service.
